This has been happening since last week. When you go to print, the print job gets stuck on the printer's page and says "waiting for authorization". Here is the fix for this.
1. Click on the Apple in the upper left corner, select "system preferences"
2. Select "Printers and Fax"
3. Select and Delete any printer that has "COPRINT1" in it's name. Remember that you need to unlock the little lock in the lower left corner first.
4. Go to your Spotlight in the upper Right corner of the screen and type "Keychain". Select the application.
5. Select any line that also says "CoPrint1" and delete it.
6. Now add your printer again according to the guide that Dianne Krause emailed out.
7. Try to print, and it will ask you for authorization. It will have your name displayed, for example "Bush, George". Erase that and put in your login instead, for example "gbush". then put in your password. You can even click save to keychain, and you will not have to do this again.
8. You should be good to go.
